Highly recommend. They towed my car from Haleiwa to Honolulu. Considering my car is all wheel drive they brought a flatbed for my car. Great communication between driver and dispatch. They even called me and took pictures of my vehicle to confirm the location of drop off. Will definitely do business with them again in the future.

We needed a flatbed tow at 2:00 a.m. and, even though we have AAA, the earliest tow truck they could provide was over 6 hours away. I found this company online and called. George answered immediately, quoted an arrival time of 30 minutes, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The customer service was outstanding—professional, responsive, and reliable when we really needed help. If you're looking for fast and dependable towing service, I highly recommend this company. I drive a stanced Q50 with a widebody, and my driver-side tire debeaded. I called a few other tow companies before this one, and none of them answered even though they claimed to be 24/7. Unko picked up the phone right away. I told him I needed my car towed, and he showed up in about 30 minutes. He said it was his first time seeing a setup like mine and pointed out how crazy the camber was. I asked if towing it would be a problem, and he confidently said he could handle it. Mind you, my car has double-digit camber and a widebody setup. He was able to tow the front with no issues, but we couldn’t put dollies on the rear because of the extreme camber, the widebody, and the limited extension on the rear setup. So we ended up towing it from the front only. I also asked if I could air up my tires because I didn’t want them to debead again. Luckily, he had a built-in air compressor, so we aired up the rear tires to 70 PSI. After that, he secured the car down and towed it back to my crib with no issues. My Harley broke down and needed a trailer/flatbed in the early morning hours on a Sunday. Despite having work order issues with Progressive, Uncle came to the rescue even if he had little or no information from Progressive. He took care securing the motorcycle to the flatbed, showing his experience with towing motorcycles. Recommend this tow service for motorcycles in distress anywhere on Oahu. Had an outstanding experience with this tow service today. Not only did he show up quickly and handle everything professionally, but he was also able to get onto base without any issues—which made a stressful situation way easier.
